This bill:

• Prohibits the Department of Children & Families (DCF) from refusing to place an LGBTQ+ foster youth with an unaccepting foster family
• Permits unaccepting foster parents to sue the DCF for any policy that requires them to respect the sexual orientation or gender identity of a foster youth
